Mind

Our minds are like computer servers, they are constantly switched on and we are running 100’s of Apps in the background.  When we try to run to many programmes at the same time our minds start to buffer.  We are unable to concentrate and focus properly because there is so much noise buzzing around and this causes us stress and mental exhaustion.

Body

When our minds are unable to operate with clarity it sends signals to our physical bodies that something isn’t right.  We start to develop headaches, neck and back pain, disturbed sleep patterns and a general feeling of unwellness.  These physical symptoms are our minds way of hitting the panic button.  If we don’t slow down and take stock of our mental health then we will slow down when our physical health is impacted.

Soul

Our soul is our true essence, it’s who we are. When we are in the daily grind of life we are so focused on just getting by that we neglect our needs.  Our emotions become unstable, we feel unable to cope, we may become more emotional than usual or become colder because we try to shut down how we are really feeling so we can try to maintain strong to the outside world but inside we feel like we are falling apart and losing control.
