The Client is 100% responsible for their own choices/actions taken based on having a consultation.

1. You are 18 years of age or older, and legally able to enter into this agreement. Persons 16 or 17 years of age will be considered when parent gives consent, in person.

2. 100% accuracy is simply not realistic therefore not guaranteed. Accuracy rates are sometimes described in Client Reviews.

3. Due to the differing opinions on psychic ability, any and all information, communications and/or consultations are to be considered for educational, spiritual, inspirational and entertainment purposes only.

4. No consultation is intended to, nor would it ever, take the place of the services of a medical, legal, financial, business and/or mental health professional. Butterfly Ireland Limited will always encourage and also may refer one to seek advice from a qualified expert for formal guidance on such and related matters.

5. Butterfly Ireland Limited, nor www.wellbeingbyvanessa.com accept any liability and/or responsibility for any action(s) and/or decision(s) any client may choose to take or make stemming from their consultation with Butterfly Ireland Limited and/or via www.wellbeingbyvanessa.com.

6. You will indemnify and hold harmless, Butterfly Ireland Limited and www.wellbeingbyvanessa.com, their heirs, relatives, successors, agents, employees, and assignees in perpetuity against any and all claims and actions arising out of your consultation with Butterfly Ireland Limited and/or via www.wellbeingbyvanessa.com, including, without limitation, expenses, judgments, fines, settlements and other amounts actually and reasonably incurred in connection with any liability, suit, action, loss, or damage arising or resulting from said consultation.

7. Consultations are for personal use only. You shall not publish, display, share, distribute and/or publicly archive any material, photo, content, etc. offered to you during your consultation without express written permission from Butterfly Ireland Limited or an agent of www.wellbeingbyvanessa.com

8. You may share public content found within www.wellbeingbyvanessa.com on appropriate social media outlets (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, X, etc) as long as appropriate attribution is given. For permission to use said content on other venues, please contact: info@wellbeingbyvanessa.com

9. Portions of your session or feedback sent to Butterfly Ireland Limited or via www.wellbeingbyvanessa.com may be used without limitation by Butterfly Ireland Limited on www.wellbeingbyvanessa.com, or by agents of www.wellbeingbyvanessa.com. Testimonials notwithstanding, such material will ‘not’ contain or reveal any specific information about your session, nor will reference to your identity be made without your explicit hand-written consent.

10. Please note: instances of hate mail, harassment, fraud, or interference including those misdirected (religious) individuals whose intent is to interfere with Butterfly Ireland Limited business operations will be immediately reported to the appropriate authorities.

Appointment, Payment and Cancellation Policy:

1. Rates for services are subject to change without notice.

2. Unless otherwise agreed to by both parties, all consultations are scheduled and paid for online at time of booking.

3. Unless otherwise agreed to, all consultations will take place either by phone, on-line (e.g. Zoom), or in the Wellbeing by Vanessa’s treatment room in Comber, County Down. If you wish to have an in-person reading with Butterfly Ireland Limited outside the treatment room, you must contact us prior to scheduling your reading so that we can discuss applicable travel fees.

4. Clients will receive a confirmation message upon receipt of payment, a reminder message 48 or 24 hours in advance of their appointment.

5. An appointment may be rescheduled without charge by either party with a minimum 24 hours notice, as described in paragraph 8 (below).

6. A maximum of one (1) rescheduling per appointment will be permitted, with the second occasion being treated as a cancellation.

7. All payments are non-refundable. An appointment may be rescheduled once and will be deemed a cancellation if the rescheduled appointment is not attended.

8. Any rescheduling and/or cancellation may be done by through the message or calendar notification(s) you receive, or by phoning.

9. Any misrepresentation made during a request to be of service (e.g. providing a fake or inauthentic photo taking off wedding bands) may, at the sole discretion of Butterfly Ireland Limited, be treated as a cancellation of that service. This includes asking questions one already knows the answer to. Healthy questions are encouraged, to make the most of your time and not waste it on pointless cynicism. It’s ok to expect to be sceptical, the difference is one’s open mind.

10. While Butterfly Ireland Limited’s intention is to be supportive and encourage clients to take personal responsibility therefore, aggressive, threatening, confrontational, or other unduly disruptive behaviour during a service will, at the sole discretion of Butterfly Ireland Limited or her designate(s), result in the immediate termination of that service. If in treatment room, you will be required to immediately vacate the premises. The appointment will be classed as a cancellation.

13. If unforeseen circumstances ever require Butterfly Ireland Limited to cancel an appointment with short notice, such cancellation will be fully refunded or a rescheduled appointment offered.

Life Coaching Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions below apply to all coaching and mentoring services provided by Butterfly Ireland Limited (“the coach”), to any individual or organisation (“the client”) and constitute the contract for the service to be provided by Butterfly Ireland Limited for the client. The term ‘coaching’ as here used covers life coaching, personal coaching, personal development, trauma recovery, executive coaching and business coaching for clients and where applicable includes mentoring or supervision services provided for clients, coaches or others.

In the spirit of good practice, when you are purchasing coaching services from Butterfly Ireland Limited we ask you to confirm that you have read and agreed to each statement below and that you wish to proceed.

The term ‘coaching’ as here used covers life coaching and personal coaching, but it also extends to executive coaching and business coaching for clients.

Butterfly Ireland Limited is continually striving to ensure the standard of service we provide to clients remains excellent.

Coaching Disclaimer:

In committing to life coaching with Butterfly Ireland Limited, you acknowledge the following:

• You understand that the coaching services you will be receiving from your Coach are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. You also understand that your Coach is not acting as a mental health counsellor or a medical professional.
• For legal purposes, you understand that coaching is currently an unregulated industry and that your Coach is not “licensed “ by any UK body.
• You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your wellbeing during your coaching sessions and subsequently, including your choices and decisions.
• You understand that coaching is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and you will not use it in place of any form of therapy.
• You understand that all comments and ideas offered by your Coach are solely for the purpose of aiding you in achieving the defined goals you create with your Coach. You have the ability to give your informed consent, and hereby give such consent to your coach to assist you in achieving such goals and understand that results are not guaranteed.
• You understand that to the extent our work together involves personal development, career or business, your Coach is not promising outcomes included but not limited to trauma recovery, personal introspection, increased personal happiness, career progression, profitability and/or business success.

  Data Protection:

  You understand that your Coach will protect your information as confidential unless you state otherwise in writing. If you report child abuse, elder abuse or neglect or threaten to harm yourself or someone else, you understand that necessary actions may be taken and your confidentiality agreement may be limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if your Coach is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, he will do so to the extent the law requires.

  Data Security:

  You understand that the use of technology is not always secure and you accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, WhatsApp, Skype and any other technology.

  Waiver:

  You hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge your Coach, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages you may claim to have or that you may have arising out of acts or omissions by yourself or by your Coach as a result of the advice given by your Coach or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement.

  You further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to you to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind your heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
